Rickrolling is a prank and an Internet meme involving an unexpected appearance of the music video for the 1987 song "Never Gonna Give You Up," performed by the English singer Rick Astley.
After all the rickrolls going around, Astley has decided to delete the music video of 'Never Gonna Give You Up.'
"It was getting a lot of views for all the wrong reasons. It was getting really annoying, I want people to listen to it because they actually like the song, you know?" Astley wrote on Twitter.
Fortunately the song is still available on streaming services like Spotify for the fans who still love the song.
Astley is still unsure whether or not he will upload the video again someday. For now, we can still enjoy the lovely lyrics!
