The Blacksburg Police Department has arrested 17 year old Collin Turner after he reportedly videoed himself on streaming service YouTube of him with a Chinese Radio broadcasting on government-ran streaming service known as NOAA Weather Radio.
His online persona is "SPC Tornado God 69 EAS L0RD tornado man", He used various alert sounds and broadcasted them to make the weather radio go off for certain alerts such as Civil Emergencies and Emergency Action Notifications.
The 17 year old is now facing up to 10 years in prison.
