Bill K. Kapri (born Dieuson Octave; June 11, 1997), better known by his stage name Kodak Black, is an American rapper, singer and songwriter. He is noted for his singles "Zeze", "Roll in Peace", "Tunnel Vision", and "No Flockin", as well as his numerous legal issues.The Florida rapper Kodak Black was sentenced on Wednesday to 46 months in prison on federal weapons charges, though he faced up to 10 years. Prosecutors in Miami had asked for a sentence of 46 to 57 months, while Black’s lawyers had requested less, pointing to his guilty plea in August and his history of charitable work.Lawyers for Black did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Wednesday.
In court, Black apologized and told the judge, “I do take full responsibility for my mishap,”United States District Judge Federico Moreno told the rapper: “Young people do stupid things. But the problem is that you’ve been doing stupid things since you were 15.”
Kodak black was been released for few days too see his family as soon as he came out of the prison he was been shot dead.
